STORE POLICIES & RETURN POLICIES
Yarn purchased from Echo Valley Fiber may be returned within sixty (60) days from date of purchase for store credit only, with the following requirements:
1. Yarn must be accompanied by its original receipt.
2. Yarn is unused and has its original ball band wrapper.
3. Yarn has not been wound.
4. Yarn has not been damaged in any way, including but not limited to exposure to smoke, perfume, weather, or pet hairs.
There are no refunds or store credit for the following: needles, books, patterns, notions, accessories, patterns, bags, buttons, shawl pins, bowls, mugs, toys or discounted yarns.
SALE YARNS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND ARE FINAL SALE. ANY YARNS ON SALE WILL NOT BE WOUND IN-STORE.
We reserve the right to wind only one skein of yarn, regardless of purchase size. We have yarn swifts and winders available for sale.
Help session fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance. If you need to change to another date, please notify the store at least one (1) day before your originally scheduled date and your fees can be applied to a future help session. Otherwise, we cannot get anyone to take your place at the class, so no refunds will be given. Thank you for understanding.
